Instructions for Use: 1. Open the cap and fill the bladder with water. 2. Screw the cap closed. 3. Attach the tube to the connector valve on the bladder. 4. Double-check the seal before placing it in your backpack.

Important Notices: 1. Water temperature should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. The bladder is not suitable for juice, milk, soft drinks, liquor, etc. 2. Before use, soak the bladder for one hour in warm salt water (30-40 degrees Celsius) and clean it thoroughly. The salt concentration should be around 7%. 3. Clean the reservoir with a mild detergent and rinse it thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before storing, both inside and outside. 4. Avoid exposure to extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, or UV light, as these can damage the reservoir. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent punctures. 6. Be cautious not to over-tighten the cap to prevent difficulty in opening. 7. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the bladder every 6 months to maintain its best condition.
